What size shall I buy?

Make sure you check out the size guide for each product on the product page.

If you are stuck in between sizes, we recommend you size up for a comfortable, snug fit.

How do I enter my discount code?

During the checkout process, you'll find a box to enter your discount code on the last page before you click "Complete Order". Once you have entered this code, click "Apply". Your total amount will be updated to reflect the discount.

Only one coupon can be applied per purchase. Discount codes can be a mix of numbers and letters. There should be no spaces before, between or after them.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro.

You can also choose to pay with PayPal, or Express payment options like Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

What if the item I want is out of stock?

Although we regularly replenish our stock, there might be times when we run out of stock.

If this happens just contact us and out support team will be able to tell you when our our next product drop will be.

Alternatively you can enter your email on the relevant product and we will notify you when the item is back in stock.

 

How do I exchange if the size doesn't fit?

Every body is unique and different and we understand that finding the right Shapewear size is not always easy.

Our 30 day fit guarantee means exchanges are easy and free! Simply head over to our Exchange and refund portal and we will exchange your item in no time!

Can I return?

Returns are easy! Simply head to our returns portal for a seamless returns process.

What are your shipping times?

We pride ourselves on fast Shipping. Our current shipping time is 2 business days on orders placed before 1pm.

We also offer Express next day delivery for £4.99.

Where do I find my order number?

Once your order is successfully completed, you will receive a unique HeyCurves order number as a confirmation of your purchase.

We will also send your Order Number in an email confirmation a few minutes after your purchase, simply check your email’s inbox or spam for the order confirmation.

How do I track my order?

Tracking is simple. You will receive an email with your tracking number and link once your order has been shipped.

Alternatively you can enter you details on our Tracking page and get a live update there.

Where is my order?

Once an order is placed, please allow up to one business day for the order to be packed and shipped from our warehouse. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you may track the package online.

Please allow up to 2 business days* for the package to arrive to you from the day your order is shipped.

I haven't received my order, can you help?

Please contact us if you have not received your Delivered order or it has been lost in transit by the carrier and we would be happy to assist.
